About Polly Eagle
My Client-First Philosophy
I am always so excited to share the beauty of Austin and the Hill Country to clients. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Austin real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. It is important also to know what form of communication fits best for you, telephone, text, or email.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. I want the process to be comfortable and as "stress free" as possible.
I was born and raised in the Midwest and then moved to Arizona where I attended high school and Arizona State University. My husband Jim and I called Silicon Valley home for many years where we were a Broker Associate Team with Coldwell Banker. After living part time in the Hill Country for several years, in 2008, we moved from Northern California and embraced Austin as home. Jim and I are involved in our church, Austin Baptist Church, and have a true heart for missions, being active in several local Austin mission projects, as well as a Hospice Volunteer for Resolutions Hospice. As big sports enthusiasts, you will often find us cheering on our grandsons at a Pop Warner, Canyon Ridge Middle School, or Vandegrift High School football game or taking in a NFL or college game. As avid lovers of music, Austin provides the perfect platform for our enjoyment of music and the arts.
In 2017 Attitude is Everything! . Also, think about volunteering. Everyone has one to two hours a month to give back. It will make such a difference in someone's life. Call me for some great ideas for volunteering in the Four Points and Austin areas.I cover the neighborhoods from HI 71 in Sweetwater and Spicewood, up the RR 620 Corridor through Lakeway, Steiner Ranch (Where I live) Four Points, River Place and to Cedar Park. I also find leases for my clients. Additionally, I am a Certified Cartus and SIRVA Relocation Agent, and have worked with most boutique relocation companies as well.
